I spent most of today working on the Fastmail CLI and its Omarchy panel, reusing the useful pieces of my earlier HEY tooling rather than starting over. OAuth sign-in is working after sorting out the resource parameter Fastmail expects.

I also worked through thread links so the CLI and browser open the right message. I dropped the desktop-app option from the plugin. Two working choices are enough for now, and I parked the idea of a separate QML app.

I started expanding the panel beyond an inbox-only view, with unread visibility across folders. That work paused at a usage limit and resumed later. I asked for a security audit of both projects and a README rewrite as the next steps.

Barkeep needed attention too. An Omarchy update changed the shell access available to plugins, breaking its catalog view. The fix reads the catalog from disk and uses the standard Omarchy commands for changes. The live check showed the full plugin list again.
